The Weight-Based Heparin Protocol Consult
Navigating the complexities of therapeutic anticoagulation. This section covers initial bolus/drip calculations for VTE and ACS, interpreting aPTT results, managing the titration nomogram, and reversal strategies.
The Sepsis Order Set
A deep dive into one of the most time-critical order sets. We will focus on the pharmacist’s role in the “Surviving Sepsis” bundle: rapid antibiotic selection, fluid resuscitation, and vasopressor basics.
