Eligibility Requirements
- Offer applies to all CPS certification applications submitted between September 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, by 11:59 PM EST.
- You must be found eligible and approved for the examination based on the date of your initial registration.
- The promotion is not transferable to other individuals or different certification exams.
- All standard CPS policies and procedures for registration and examinations apply.
How to Claim Your Free Retake
- A mandatory 45-day waiting period is required after your first unsuccessful attempt before you can reapply.
- You must submit your new application within 12 months of the date of your first failed exam attempt.
- Sign in to your account and use the "Register for an Exam" link. The fee will be waived automatically for the same exam.
- Do not use a voucher code. If the system asks for payment, abandon the registration and contact CPS to verify your eligibility.

If you are registering with a bulk voucher code, you are still eligible for this promotion. Please use the "Register with a bulk voucher" link on the certification tab to apply.
