Our Exclusive Testing Method: Live Remote Proctoring (LRP)
To provide a more accessible, flexible, and secure testing experience, CPS has fully transitioned to Live Remote Proctoring for all certification exams. We no longer offer exams at physical test centers.
Why We Chose Remote Proctoring
Ultimate Flexibility
Schedule your exam 24/7, any day of the week, without the need to travel. This allows you to test at a time that truly fits your demanding professional schedule.
Secure & Monitored
Our platform uses live, professional proctors and advanced technology to monitor and record the entire session, ensuring the integrity and value of your credential.
Comfort & Convenience
Take your exam in a familiar, private, and comfortable environment like your home or office, using your own computer.
Preparing for Your LRP Exam
Your success on exam day depends on being prepared. It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment and environment meet all requirements before your scheduled appointment.
Technical Requirements
- A personal laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac). Work computers, iPads, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not permitted.
- An external or integrated webcam, microphone, and speakers. You must be able to perform a 360-degree room scan.
- A stable, broadband internet connection. A wired connection is strongly recommended over Wi-Fi.
- The ability to download and install the secure PSI Bridge testing browser. Administrative access is required.
- Dual monitors are not permitted.
Pre-Exam System Check
You must run a system compatibility check on the computer you plan to use for the exam to verify it meets the proctoring requirements.
It is best to run this check at the same time of day and in the same location you intend to take your exam.
Run System Compatibility Test NowImportant: Failure to meet these technical requirements on exam day may prevent you from testing, and you may be required to reapply and pay a new registration fee. If you have any issues, please contact technical support well in advance of your exam.

Plan to begin your check-in process 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Launch the Exam: From your MyCPS profile, you will be directed to our testing partner's portal to begin.

- Connect with Proctor: After agreeing to the exam rules, you will be placed in a queue to connect with a live proctor who will launch your exam.
During the Exam
Once your exam is launched, a certified proctor will monitor you via your webcam and microphone for the duration of the test. You must adhere to all remote proctoring rules.
- Your face must be in the webcam view at all times.
- You may not speak, mumble, or mouth words.
- No other people or pets are allowed in the room.
- Your workspace must be completely clear of personal items, electronics, and study materials.
